After a three-year-long relationship, earlier in 2024, Himanshi Khurana and Asim Riaz went their separate ways. Their breakup was one of the most talked about subjects in the town as it had its ugly turns. Himanshi in one of her old interviews even mentioned the ghost of her past relationship does haunt her. The actress who was in a very dark place when the wound was fresh, admitted that she doesn’t mind being the villain of the story; however, would like to clarify that she couldn’t take any more disrespect in the relationship and thus, she walked away. In the same interview, she admitted that for her the chapter of getting married is closed.
Describing her breakup phase as the hardest time of her life, Himanshi Khurana at ABP Live’s Health Conclave Punjab 2024 shared that she was the one who walked out of the relationship. She has no problem with being called the villain; however, she did not cheat on her partner. She didn’t speak about the breakup sooner because she wasn’t in a state of mind.
“Now that I am mentally strong, I can say that I have walked out of relationships because of disrespect,” she added.
Expressing her pain, she mentioned that a woman can face a bullet and yet won’t fall, however, she gets defeated in love.
Moving ahead in the conversation, when Himanshi Khurana was asked about her marriage plans, without taking a minute she replied it perhaps is not on the cards ever. “Shadi wala chapter mera close hai ab, mujhe nhi lagta mera kuch hoga ( The marriage chapter is close for me).”
Citing her health issues as a matter of concern, she mentioned in a joking way that no mother-in-law would accept a girl with so many health problems.
