For their signature Rich Plum Cake, the dried fruits are soaked in spirit for two months to ensure depth of flavor. On request, she also offers a cake made from fruits soaked for a year. The Christmas cakes are available in two sizes: 1 kilogram (₹1850) and 500 grams (₹950).
