Mumbai: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the 2025 exam schedule for classes 10 and 12 on Monday. Class 10 (ICSE) exams are scheduled from Feb 18 to March 27, while class 12 (ISC) exams will be held from Feb 13 to April 5.
The board has issued detailed guidelines for students. Candidates must arrive at exam centres 30 minutes prior to commencement of papers.A 15-minute reading time will be provided before the exam begins. The board has mandated CCTV surveillance for both students and exam supervisors.
The board plans to announce results in May 2025. Students will have options for both re-checking and re-evaluation of answer scripts. Re-evaluation facility will be available only after completing re-checking process. The board emphasises that re-evaluation outcomes will be conclusive, regardless of mark changes. Answer scripts will be preserved for 60 days post-result declaration, after which they will be disposed of.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10 exams will be from Feb 15 to March 18, while class 12 examinations will run from Feb 15 to April 4. tnn
