Tree of Treaty, a weekend home cafe, which is located in Kovdiyar, Thiruvananthapuram, comes to life at five o’clock on Friday evening. The fairy lights, the courtyard furniture wrapped around the name board, is arranged on the front porch, and welcome to the people soaked in the sauce or coated in the toasted coconut.
This place is the expansion of Trsa Joy and Arun Antony’s house. If you listen carefully, you can hear a three -year -old Anthoy because he runs around the residence.

Evening Cafe, as Trices described it, began in July, four years later he started a Techway service for pudding. “Initially, we sold only pudding over the weekend and then we hired an employee to meet the demand during the week,” Tarsa is also a full -time corporate employee.

While staying away from “baking trends”, his decision to prepare pudding is an emotional reason. “I am from Ponkunam in Kottayam. At home, we used to serve pudding for our guests, especially caramel pudding, which my mother had often made. She died in 2020. She was a very hospitality woman and with a Tree of Treaty, I feel her presence,” Trices, which was not particularly specially for cooking.

The Tree of Treat Menu has caramel pudding, tender coconut pudding and sticky toffee pudding. They also prepare ginger-Lime Concentrates and Broni on the pre-order.

The pudding is sold in two parts size, 100 ml and 500 ml, with prices starting at ₹ 65 with prices. The material is localized locally, and the trisa is helped by two employees. About 20 liters of each pudding is made every day.
The tender coconut pudding, tops with bits of toasted coconut, currently sells like hot cake. Gelatin is used to give a slight firmness to the pudding as a setting agent. After quarreling the pudding in the spoon, the tender coconut has a subtle taste and a minor crunch with toesed coconut pieces. “I made a tender coconut pudding for the first time on my first marriage anniversary in June 2020,” Tissa said smiling.

Sticky toffee pudding, in which sticky, date cake is soaked in caramel sauce, is also popular with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, also popular. Ice cream with moist cake makes for correct cutting. “I prepare this cake, while the other desserts are sometimes made without my care,” says Tissa, who joins the kitchen in the kitchen before logging in for work and jumps back after duty.

“I don’t have a sweet teeth,” says Trissa, who uses Arun to try his “experiments”. “He was working in Bangalore, before he moved to Thiruvananthapuram. He helps with the business side of the cafe, and his move allows us to start a dine-in feature,” says Trices.
“I want to concentrate fruit salads and other fruits in my menu; we also plan to look at the Chinese-free sweets options that move forward,” says Trices. She says, “Finally, we aim of a small outlet of our own, where Tech U and Dine-in are possible.”
