Ludhiana: Taking action against illegal constructions, the Municipal Corporation (MC) on Saturday demolished an illegal under construction building in Gurdev Nagar. According to officials, the owner was constructing a commercial building in a residential area. Building branch officials claimed that they had received a complaint against the illegal activity, following which a warning was issued to the owner to stop the construction. But the owner ignored the warning, after which action was taken on Saturday. TNN
