Nordspace to make a third effort for rocket takeoff in NL this week
Nordspace is once again hoping to make history on the south coast of Newfoundland with Canadian’s first commercial rocket launch.
The company is making a new attempt to launch its single-engine rocket, Taiga at St. Lawrence. It is a six meter long rocket made using a 3D-crushed metal.
The launch will be streamed live.
Nordspace is expected to launch the first commercial rockets of Canada from St. Lawrence, Newfoundland and Labrador.
In a statement on its website, Nordspace said that both pads and rockets are launch-taiyar.
Wednesday’s launch window opens at NT at 6:30 am today, which is accompanied by the circumstances starting from around 09:00 NDT today.
