Another dead in London, Ontaras, legionaires proposed as $ 86M class action

Another person died as a result of one London, Onts, from the outbreak of Legonaires, from the second outbreak of the city to five to five outbreaks in many years.

The news came as a London-based law firm, announced a proposed class-action trial, which attempts to attract losses of more than $ 86 million from the company, whose meat processing facility is basic.

The suit, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, was filed by Sischinds LLP on Tuesday, claiming that Sofina Foods was negligent in cleaning the cooling tower in her East London processing facility, causing an outbreak of Lejanage disease, which killed five people and made more than 100 others sick.

“Those who have talked so far have dealt with very serious injuries. They have been hospitalized. A person was medically motivated coma for several weeks,” said Linda Visar, a partner of Sisinds.

The latest outbreak was declared in early July, and is still running despite the Middlesex-Landon Health Unit (MLhu) officials identifying the possible source of outbreak in Sofina Foods. The final calculation of the health unit at 96 is currently in the hospital, with the outbreak of the total hospital.

Public health officials have also added last year’s outbreak, killing two people at the same place.

Legonela causes bacteria disease. They are waterborne and thrive like cooling towers in warm, moist and stable conditions. They can be breathed when aerosolized, which sometimes causes legionalosis, from a mild disease to usually for pontik fever for legionaires disease.

This heat map made by MLhu, dated July 22, reflects the concentration of cases of lehenogenic disease in the city. The inner blue circle represents a 3-kilometer and the outer blue circle has represented a 6-kilometer radius around the average space of all the house addresses for the reported cases, helping to tell where most cases generally live.
