Quebec-based couch-tard draws out of bid for 7-Ellavan original company
The ALIAMENTION COCE-TARD has gone away from a bid to buy the original company of the Japanese Facilitation Store, a 7-Ilevan company.
The couch-Tard says it withdrew its proposal to buy seven more eye holdings company, Limited, which he accused of being honestly and creatively with his proposal.
The couch-Tard says he repeatedly sought a friendly dialogue with the founding family of Seven and I, but alleged that it was not open for any conversation and the management was not ready to solve basic questions about industry’s dynamics in the country.
Couche-Tard, Quebec-based firm who owns Circle K and Ingo, first offered a friendly offer for seven and I. It improved that dialect before issuing a non-negotiable resolution earlier this year.
Seven more I initially said the acquisition again, saying that regulatory approval would be very difficult to do NAB as some will see the deal as reducing competition in many markets.
But after the founding family of seven and I, a competitive bid followed to secure finance for the couch-tard and the Japanese firm, and earlier this year entered a more serious discussion about a possible path early this year.
