Calmonella’s outbreak 16 has been admitted to the hospital, 105 became ill

The Public Health Agency of Canada says that the Pistachio -linked Salmonella outbreak has increased the number of sick people, which has increased to 105.

The outbreak update released on Wednesday after the final count earlier this month reported 26 new cases on Wednesday.

It says that 16 people have been admitted to the hospital – growth of five – because people started getting sick in the beginning of March. Diseases continued in early September.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued 26 recalls of pistachio and pistachios products from July to July from July to July.

The products remembered by the suspected of contaminating by Salmonella bacteria include some brand pistachios, baklava, ice cream and chocolate.

It says that symptoms may include fever, chills, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps and sudden headache.

Most people meet well on their own within a week, but some – including senior, young children, pregnant people and people with weak immune systems – is more risk of serious illness and hospitalization.

The youngest reported in the outbreak is two years old and the oldest 95. The agency says that 75 percent of the cases of Salmonella have been women.

With additional cases in BC, Alberta, Manitoba and New Breanswick, there is a bulk of infection in Cubek and Ontario.

People infected with Salmonella should not cook for others as they can spread bacteria.
