Music-streaming giants Spotify announced today It is rolling messages directly to both free and premium customers as part of an attempt to attract more users.

The company spokesperson told CBC News in a written statement that Spotify is gradually offering features on mobile devices to users above the age of 16. This means that DMS will be available in Canada “in the coming days,” said the spokesperson.
