Subsequently, Lolita is celebrating Mahabaleshwar’s luscious Strawberry with Fragonsello 412 (Pleurisy Italian is the word for strawberries and comes from the first three digits of 412 Mahabaleshwar’s PIN code). Regarding delicate liquor-with its rich aroma, deep scarlet hue and spicy taste (150 grams of sugar per liter)-Lolita says, “It is distilled in small batches and is available only between November and February, as the production is seasonal”. Unusual souls have three more liquor in works for 2025–2026, with a launch in Goa late September. Lolita Lolita says, “One is a vegetarian and layered with Indian spices, the other is an annual decline made of Indian fruit. The third is particularly exciting, as it will be the first of its kind in the country.”

She is thinking about the possibilities of locally produced liqueur. “Using Indian fruits has a deep taste in cocktails and helps in the bottom line at the bar, as Indian -made liqueur is cost effective.”

Both souls with 25% ABV are available in Goa. While the price of Limonsalo 24 is of 1,320 for 550 ml, the same amount of Fragonsello is priced at ₹ 1,540.
