The farm of a BC ostrich has lost its case to save its birds from a cool order issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency in January.
The decision was issued by the Federal Court of Appeal today.
The case has attracted the attention of US Health Secretary, Robert Francis Kennedy, Junior, who appealed to the Canadian government to save birds.
