Covid-19 Vaccine Campaign Launch for 2025-26 across Canada

The province and region are starting rolling out the update vaccines for the protection of people from Kovid -19.

Public Health Agency of Canada’s vaccination guide says that Kovid vaccines have been shown effectively in preventing serious illness including hospitalization and death and may reduce the risk of post -Covid -19 position, or long covid.

The vaccination comes as a campaign because emergency -19 cases have increased immediate care for emergency or respiratory symptoms. According to the Federal Respiratory virus Snapshot, above 9.6 percent last week, about 10 percent of the tests for the week ended on September 20 were positive.

Are vaccines available?

This fall, Health Canada authorized the latest MRNA vaccines. The modern is available for those six months of age and older and Fizzle-Biontech is available for those five and above. Infectious disease physicians consider both vaccines equivalent.

• Members of racial and other equity-priest communities.

The National Advisory Group said that all the rest can get an update covid shot of the age of six months and above if they want, even those who are not at high risk, even, the National Advisory Group said.

When do I get it?

Ontario has started making Kovid shots available for priority groups, such as long -term care will be the inhabitants of homes and other provinces and areas in the coming weeks.

What’s different this year?
