Staff from Zones A and B can meet him on Friday, between 3 and 5 pm, while those from Zones C and D can attend on Saturday (11 am-1 pm), at the Zone D office in Sarabha Nagar. Issues like pay, pensions, and leave will be addressed, with officials ensuring prompt resolution. Same-day processing of dues for retired or deceased employees is mandated.
